3. Refunds & Access Issues

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered if:

• The file is technically inaccessible or corrupted.
• You contact us within 7 days of purchase.
• We’ve been unable to resolve the issue after reasonable attempts.

Refunds are not available if:

• You expected different content or outcomes.
• The product wasn’t what you “hoped for” or “didn’t work” subjectively.
